Unable to obtain a freight rate?
Our freight rates are based on delivery to Metro areas (excluding Hobart/Darwin), if you require delivery to a regional area, Tasmania, NT, or are unable to obtain a freight rate, please call us on 1 800 080 280, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use our Live Chat to obtain a freight quote.
Tailgate Service requires driver to deliver the goods to a loading dock or specific ground floor in a location such as a warehouse or stores area anytime between 9am and 3pm. This is strictly a drop off service and the receiver or representative is required to be present. Transit times can vary. If Re-Delivery is required, additional charges may be incurred.
If any of the following are required, a Site to Site Service may be necessary:
- A specific delivery time
- A specific delivery date
- Rubbish removal
- Taking goods into building and positioning
- Delivery driver or truck details
A Site-to-Site service will evoke additional charges and will need to be quoted.
TNT have recently introduced a residential delivery fee which has unfortunately increased the price of shipping for all deliveries made to a residential address. There is no additional fee for business deliveries. Please note that a business address is a commercial premise and not a home office.
