Description
The Multifile Lithium-ion Battery Storage Cabinet is an innovative solution for the charging and storage of Lithium-ion batteries in order to provide a fire-inhibiting environment should one occur. The Multifile Lithium battery storage cabinet has multiple charging points, double-walled sheet steel construction, 40mm thick Firewall Insulation, liquid-tight spill containment sump, compliant dangerous goods signage, provision for venting, perforated adjustable shelving, and cooling fans.
As a major supplier to the armed forces and police, Australian-owned Multifile’s lithium charging cabinet is Australian-designed and certified. Cabinets now available in 10 and 20AMP versions.

- 10amp and 2oAMP supply available. Fully certified with electrical certificate with complete wiring and circuit breakers to Australian Standards
- 40mm thick Firewall insulation rated at 1460 degree C
- 2 (8 station) 5 (20 station) 3 (12 station) x 240V German-designed fans to keep batteries cool while charging
- Indicator light shows when fans are operating
- 240V extendable 2m long cable wall with 10amp plug
- Powder-coated white exterior polyester resin powder for easy cleaning
- Identification and warning labels attached
- Any gaps around the doors and into the space between the walls are sealed as far as is necessary to prevent the spread of flame or heat radiation
- The walls, floor, door and roof are double-walled 1.2mm thick sheet steel construction
- Key lock with 2 keys

- To check a shipping price simply follow these steps:
- Once you add the product to cart, head to the cart page, at the bottom you can add in your state and post code and click calculate, this will provide an estimate.
- If you are unable to obtain a freight rate or are in a Regional/ Rural area, you may need to be quoted directly by us. Please contact us on 1800 080 280, email sales@multifile.com.au, or use our LiveChat.
- All orders within Australia are shipped via Cope, Neway, TNT or Australia Post to most Metropolitan areas. We may use other courier services if needed.
- Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and can take between 1 and 10 days to receive, depending on location.
- If you are not able to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising next steps for re-delivery, or in some case the nearest collection point for you to collect. There may be additional charges involved for redeliveries. If you opt for an authority to leave please note that once the freight has been delivered, the courier or Multifile (Hazmat Cabinets) cannot be held responsible if the freight goes missing from your premises. Please include delivery instructions on your order.
- The standard delivery is TAIL LIFT – the tail lift service will deliver your item to an easy access area, i.e. no steps etc. Due to OH&S regulations couriers are not permitted to move freight around your premises, and your delivery will be placed at the nearest accessible point.
- If you have off-loading facilities, such as a forklift, we may choose to use a non-Tail Lift delivery for ease of access.
- If you require additional delivery services, i.e. two man lift, freight moved to the rear or inside the premises, please contact us for a specific quote.
- Important Delivery Information
- It is important to note that the estimated delivery date provided can change due to unforeseen circumstances, like breakdowns, traffic, time constraints or time critical freight getting preference. If you cannot afford to wait for delivery it is highly recommended that you opt for a tail lift service option and provide an authority to leave instruction.
- Providing delivery windows and calling ahead prior to delivery is not a service that the couriers offer, there are just too many variables that can change during the day.
- If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will provide a lead time for when we expect new stock to arrive or refund you.
